«SERP AND MOLOT»
SERP&MOLOT
A two-level geometric hall in the architecture of constructivism with a strict and concise interior. Concrete, gray brick walls and austere stairs contrast with the 10-meter-high panoramic windows that fill the hall with natural light. The original marble tiles in the floor are intertwined with Indonesian mango wood parquet, extending into the chestnut tide.

The Birch, with all the charms of Scandinavian design, is a true art in the field of architecture and interior design. Concert space in Saint Petersburg
Temple Of Deer
The Temple Of Deer concert spaces are a complex of 10 stages equipped according to the standards of the French brand Hi-End equipment L-Acoustics.

Inspired by the ambition of the project, our foreign colleagues consulted with us and helped the spaces team to build high-quality sound, which is revealed in the complex geometries of the halls at new frequencies.

8 original bars, more than 50 kW from 55 sound sources and more than 100 m2 of LED screens. All this is complemented by a premium set of backlines and dressing rooms for artists, equipped according to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

MEDUZA
Over the 7 years of events, MEDUZA has brought together 150 artists from iconic global clubs in Placebo/25 locations.

Regular 30-hour events and 54-hour marathons on community birthdays have become a platform for exclusive set performances. These events have also become a platform where contemporary artists create a collection-a community gallery that moves from location to location.

Demanding face control and commitment to style make events in the main metropolis of the European continent a must-visit.

Gastronomic accompaniment from LOFT HALL: a full-cycle factory kitchen and “under the knife" dishes. We take over the entire process, from menu development to impeccable service, thanks to our own service school.

Madame Roche
The house of a mysterious Asian woman from Aldrich Street, the opening of summer 2024 and multicultural haute cuisine, embodied in the best ingredients and non-trivial concepts. In addition to the dishes themselves, the mansion was remembered by the guests with a variety of cooking technologies that are unusual for urban restaurants – from a wood-burning stove to hospers, its own smokehouse and tepan grills.

Villa Mr. Pinky
Villa Mr. Pinky is a unity of comfort and vivid impressions under the auspices of a seasonal lifestyle story.

We have literally taken care of the climate our guests will be in: all rooms are equipped with a complete set of smart home ecosystems. Since the conceptual vision of the project has already been formed, the opening of hotels in China, Indonesia and Mexico is in the future.

We were meticulous about creating an atmosphere of exclusive boutique space in our barbershop.

METELITSA EVENT HALL
Here, on Novy Arbat, Moscow's most famous club once boomed - lavish parties and concerts by Modern Talking and other world stars. Today, the Event Hall continues this story: under the management of the LOFT HALL, the iconic hall has turned into a modern space. He retained the soul of the era — the very brilliance and drive — but gained a new perfection in technology, cuisine and service.

The space of musical cultures
TAU
The visual concept of TAU is based on a combination of the industrial architecture of the building, the history of the VNIIMASH plant named after A. I. Tselikov and the composition of the space itself. Most of the objects filling the functional areas are based on the theme of metal pipes, referring to the metallurgical past of the plant.
